What is it about:
During a foreign deployment for an international organization the american policewoman Kathryn Bolkovac arrives in the post-war-torn Bosnia. There she should actually work as peacekeeper, but is soon confronted with illegal, inhumane trafficking in women, in which the members of the peace organization are involved locally. And even the highest circles of the UN organization seem to benefit from the cruel abuse of women. Kathy uncovers the grievances – and is immediately suspended from her job and asked to leave the country. But she has means of evidence with her…
